Our talented team of creative and tech specialist is looking for an Office Manager AKA Vibe Manager, someone who builds the buzz, flies through jam-packed days, juggling all the tasks that make up our one of a kind vibe!

Probably the first one in the office, making the place look and feel fabulous, preventing the team from going hungry by stocking the cupboards with delicious-goodness.

You’ll be part of a small People Team, where we truly believe in team efforts to drive happiness and new ideas, and most of all, we have each other’s backs.

With your energy, great people skills and fab ideas you’ll drive the culture and vibe of the office making it an all-round great place to be.


Some tasks, but not limited to:

  • Setting up the office in the mornings, making sure the kitchen is stocked, we have enough cutlery, the coffee machine is working, flowers are fresh etc
  • Supporting staff with their administrative tasks i.e. scheduling of meetings, booking flights
  • PA to the founders, and support to the MT
  • Meet and greet clients, candidates, guests and more
  • Taking incoming calls
  • Negotiate contracts and best terms for all office suppliers
  • Driving ideas and initiatives for company events (birthdays, anniversaries, happy hour, wellness days)
  • Drive new working ways of creating a happy and healthy work environment
  • Drive People Team monthly newsletter
  • Contribute in areas outside of your industry
  • Implement a process for effective changes to improve the existing systems and find the best possible solutions to ensure a happy working place

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Solid computer skills, including the use of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken Dutch would be a bonus)
