INDG is experiencing exciting growth and expansion. To help us on the challenging journey to create the most beautiful and best - performing experiences for both clients and customers, we are seeking a Human Resources and Recruitment Intern.

THE INTERNSHIP
As an intern, you will be an important player in our HR team. Within the team, you will be actively involved in various HR activities, that are of current importance to the organization. You will have your own responsibilities, and your opinion and ideas are taken seriously.

HR Operations
• Drafting employee documents
• Ensure effective employee evaluations
• Drafting Function Profiles
• HR Administration tasks
• Keeping up to date with HR related matters and changes in EU Law

Recruitment
• Working closely with the recruiter on processes, coordination, managing our ATS
• Liaising with hiring managers 
• Source the best talent for hard to fill up roles 
• Preliminary phone screening
• Post engaging job descriptions on our job boards and social media channels to attract new talent 


REQUIREMENTS
• 3rd or 4th-year student at a University or University of Applied Sciences
• Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business or HR related study
• Hands-on mentality
• A sense of ownership
• Well-structured and organized with strong attention to detail
• Open minded, naturally helpful, proactive and wants to learn, but most of all have fun.
• Excellent communication written and spoken in both English and Dutch
